The next channel of illegal migration was organized by a Canadian citizen. His right hand man was the Japanese Tominaga Atsushi. And although he was born on the island of Hokkaido and worked for the respected IT company Twinkle Company Ltd., he wanted criminal romantic.

The canal originated in Mongolia. It was here that the Japanese formed groups willing to get to European Union.

One of the groups is six Chinese. They also talked about other members of the criminal group. But the court was able to identify only the organizer and the direct executor.

Among the Chinese were Chow Tenfel, Gu Lodoe, Tsenwang and others.

Tominaga Atsushi's responsibilities included meeting with groups of illegal migrants in Mongolia. He was also responsible for their settlement and food. And he accompanied the groups all the way to the border with Europe.

The Chinese flew to the city of Sukhbaatar in Mongolia. And then - the Japanese accompanied them to the Mongolo - Russian border. This was the first border that the Chinese crossed illegally.

The group moved from the border to Belgorod, Russia. And then - illegally crossed the second border - the Russian-Ukrainian.

Here, the accomplices of the Japanese, in two cars, hid a group of Chinese. And they were transported secretly through the Yunakivka checkpoint in the Kharkiv region. Japanese rented a house again and settled with illegals in Kharkiv. From where, he went with a group of Chinese to Kiev.

Chinese's route continued along the direction Kiev - Mukachevo. At the first Japanese sent the group to Lviv. And then to Svalyava, Zakarpattia region. In general, the transfer from the city of Sukhbaatar in Mongolia to the city of Mukachevo in Transcarpathia took two months.

Then - Tominaga Atsushi rented an apartment via the Internet - in Vynohradiv district.

The Chinese planned to illegally cross the Vilok checkpoint in the village of Vilok, Vynohradiv district. Their final destination is Budapest in Hungary.

However, the owner of the apartment "handed over" the Chinese, and they were detained in an apartment near the border by Ukrainian border guards. The owner did not "believe" that this is a group of tourists.

For the transfer from Mongolia to Hungary, each of the Chinese paid about 20 thousand dollars, the guarantee of receiving funds was that they will already be in a foreign country.

According to the Chinese, the organizer of the illegal money transfer produced a number of forged passport documents - with forged stamps from Boryspil airport, in order to prove that they are on the territory of Ukraine legally.

The Mukachevo City District Court of the Zakarpattia Region found the Japanese guilty, but acquitted Tominaga Atsushi of serving a probation sentence and set him a one-year probation period.

But while the cases were being heard in various courts, investigators were investigating the case very poorly.

By the decision of the investigating judge of the Mukachevo City District Court on December 3, 2019, the procedural head of the prosecutor A. Krasnogolovets is obliged to adopt a decision to close the criminal proceedings in connection with a significant violation of the pre-trial investigation, which is not subject to renewal. Because the terms of the pre-trial investigation were violated.

On December 26, 2019, the head of the Mukachevo local prosecutor's office, O. Bratyuk, revoked the decision of prosecutor A. Krasnoholovets of December 6, 2019 to close the criminal proceedings.

The Tominaga Atsushi epic continues.

At the same time, the organizer from Canada remained out of reach for Ukrainian law enforcement officers - he rubs his hands with satisfaction.
